Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah (Live in Chicago 1995)

Enjoy, this is one of my favorite songs. It usually brings an audience to tears.

Goodnight,

Jeff Buckley makes me swoon. God rest his talented soul. This has to be one of the prettiest renditions of this song.

It reminds me of long talks on the couch with my roommate about boys, life and dreams while sipping strawberry wine. Jeff would croon in the background as we shared our joys, fears, heartaches and hopes for out future. This one made me cry...

It reminds me of my lifelong quest to find the right person, the love of my love. "I used to live alone before I knew ya..." makes my heart melt everytime I hear him sing that line.

This song is proof that performance is healing and brings us together. I have not met one person yet who isn't moved when he/she hears that song.

Thanks for posting this.

Goodnight,
Rachel xoxo

This is devastating and healing all at the same time! Is that possible?
